CFT Intensive
An Intensive at your home or in your local town.
Experience a CFT Intensive. It consists of 4 - 5 sessions per day altogether for 2 - 5 people over a 2 - 3 day period.

Flat day rate of £400 plus my travel & travel time, food and accommodation costs.
Retreats

Embark on a transformative journey with my Retreats in Tunisia at Seabel Rym Beach all-inclusive hotel. Immerse yourself in a holistic experience that combines CFT, Pilates, and luxurious Spa treatments in a relaxing and
serene setting.
It consists of 4 - 5 sessions per day altogether for 2 - 4 people over a 4-day period. Come either as a private group with your friends or family, or come on your own joining other like-minded people.
