CFT Intensive
An Intensive at your home or in your local town.
Experience a CFT Intensive. It consists of 4 - 5 sessions per day altogether for 2 - 5 people over a 2 - 3 day period.

Retreats
A transformative retreat.

Embark on a transformative journey with my Retreats. Immerse yourself in a holistic experience that combines CFT, Pilates, and luxurious Spa treatments in a relaxing and
serene setting.
It consists of 4 - 5 sessions per day altogether for 2 - 4 people over a 4-day period. Come either as a private group with your friends or family, or come on your own joining other like-minded people.

Cost
Flat day rate of £400 per group for my services, plus my travel & travel time, food and accommodation costs, which will be shared amongst retreatants. I will put you in touch with the fabulous travel consultant I work with, to book your flights, transfers and accommodation.
